If you are using Internet Explorer 7 and you are getting an error when you try and duplicate a line in the Anticipated Services Chart that looks like this:

You can click to allow and then duplicate the line again but you will have to do this each time you want to duplicated a line. If you don't want to do this there are three work-arounds.

A. The problem does not occur when you duplicate all lines at once. So if you choose duplicate all, you can go back and edit the lines individually without problems.

B. Use a different browser (Firefox, Opera, older versions of Internet Explorer don't have this problem)

C. Change the following setting in Internet Explorer 7

1. If the Menu Bar (File, Edit, View, ect.) isn't visable, right click on the Status Bar and then left click Menu Bar

2. Go to Tools --> Internet Options

3. Go to the Security Tab and click Custom Level

4. Scroll down to the third grouping from the bottom and click "Enable" under "Allow websites to prompt for information using scripted windows".

The people who make WebKIDSS are aware of the problem but it probably won't be repaired until next summer.
